Staff

A small staff, with specialized skills, manages the company. Providing direct health services via the NCHS Ambulatory Surgery Center is possible through leased employees and facilities from Greater Lafayette Health Services. The Medical Staff of NCHS is composed of highly skilled physicians and health care specialist in Nursing and Surgical Technology. Roger E. Bosley, M.D. is the Medical Director for the Surgical Center.

Rita K. Smith is the Program Director for NCHS. Rita has an impressive background in Banking and Investment services. Rita is responsible for investment coordination with the NCHS investment managers. As Program Director, Rita reviews letters of inquiry from organizations seeking funds to determine eligibility and internal processing. Rita is an active community volunteer, and has a good working knowledge of the Human Service delivery system in our Service Area.

Jeffrey R. Nagy is the Director of Finance for NCHS.  He is responsible for the daily accounting functions as well as all financial reporting for the company.

Kathleen M. Lamie is the Executive Assistant for NCHS. She has served in that role for 17 years. Kathleen is the Office Manager, and assumes the responsibility for the office performance, and business operations. Kathleen performs the patient financial service function for the NCHS Ambulatory Surgery program, and participates in the overall grant management process for the company.

John R. Walling is the President and Chief Executive officer for NCHS. He has the overall management responsibility for the company.
