While many patients are referred to us by emergency room physicians, we also accept referrals from primary care doctors, psychiatrists, mental health professionals, healthcare providers, and law enforcement.
To refer a patient to our facility, simply contact us at (765) 464-0400, and one of our experienced team members will assist you with the referral process. We will collect all the necessary information from you, including details about the patient's current symptoms, treatment history, and medical conditions. Depending on the patient's needs, we may require additional information or documentation about their biopsychosocial health, such as laboratory testing or imaging.
Our admissions team is available 24/7 to accept referrals and assess the patient's needs. Once we determine that our facility can provide the appropriate level of care for the patient, we will proceed with the admission process. If we believe an alternative treatment method may better serve the patient's needs, our physician and team members will provide recommendations accordingly.
